What are we if not for sharing life?
Ant antennas mingling for the sake of death?

This world is full of walking voids,
An empty life of light and noise
That music someday could become
If we were not so alone.

But fear and hate do overcome
the best of us, and worst of all:
We watch our fellow soldiers fall
and we march along.

Alive in this dying life

Alone in this crowded room
